WESTERN WEAR IS ALWAYS IN STYLE

Western wear is a category of men's and women's clothing that originates from clothing worn during the 19th century.

Western wear ranges from the reproduction of pioneer, mountain man, Civil War, cowboy and vaquero clothing to the western wear popularized by singing movie cowboys, such as Gene Autry and Roy Rogers.

Today, western wear often features, cowboy boots, jeans (Wrangler and Levi are popular jean brands), a belt and buckle, a western shirt (commonly characterized by a styled yoke in front and in back, sometimes seen with snaps instead of buttons). To top it off, a western hat, also known as a cowboy hat.

The name Stetson, is sometimes used as a term for a cowboy hat. Although the Stetson Hat Company makes many styles of brimmed hats, the Stetson name has become synonymous with a style it pioneered, featuring a high crown and a wide brim, popularly known as "the cowboy hat".

Many fashion styles come and go, but, western wear, a true American style, has survived over generations.

A good pair of cowboy boots, a comfortable pair of jeans, and a good looking cowboy hat are always in style. Long live the west!
